Terms of Service

These terms provide general information about the website and services. Each paid project will have a proposal or agreement describing its exact scope, price, schedule, and ownership terms.
Services and estimates
Public prices are starting prices, not automatic final quotes. The final price depends on the agreed pages, content, design, revisions, integrations, timeline, and other requirements. Work begins only after the scope and payment terms are accepted.
Frontend service boundary
Standard services focus on frontend websites. A contact form may be included when stated in the selected package. Customer accounts, payment processing, inventory, databases, custom administrator systems, and other backend features are not included unless they are specifically written into the project agreement.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved text, logos, images, and timely feedback. Clients must have permission to use every item they provide. Delays in content, access, approval, or feedback may change the delivery schedule.
Revisions and additional work
Each package includes the revision rounds listed on the Pricing page or in the project agreement. Requests that add pages, change the approved direction, introduce new features, or exceed the included revisions may require an updated schedule and additional fee.
Domains, hosting, and ongoing care
Hosting and domain guidance is included with website packages. The client should own and maintain control of the domain and hosting account, and third-party hosting charges are paid directly by the client. Hosting provided directly through Håtsa Web is currently unavailable. Optional monthly website care may be purchased for a website running on the client's hosting account and is governed by the individual service agreement.
Ownership and portfolio display
Ownership of finished project files, third-party materials, reusable development tools, and unfinished work will be defined in the individual project agreement. Permission to display completed work as a project example should also be addressed before the project begins.
Search engines and business results
SEO setup can help search engines understand a website, but rankings, traffic, inquiries, sales, and other business results are not guaranteed. Results also depend on competition, content, reputation, reviews, marketing, location, and changes made by search engines.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting platforms, analytics, email delivery, payment providers, and other external services operate under their own terms and pricing. Changes, interruptions, or limitations caused by those providers are outside the direct control of this business.
